Ice floats on water because it is less dense than liquid water. Water has a high heat capacity, meaning it can absorb and retain heat energy. This property helps regulate temperatures on Earth and in our bodies. It is important to conserve water and prevent pollution to ensure its availability for future generations. Taking care of water resources is essential for the well-being of our planet and all living organisms.

The traditional clothing worn by people in India, such as sarees and kurta-pajamas, showcases the country's unique style. Indian cuisine is renowned worldwide, with delicious dishes like butter chicken and biryani. India is also proud of its national sport, field hockey, and has a strong presence in cricket. With its diverse traditions, historical treasures, and warm-hearted people, India is a truly captivating place to explore.

  My best friend's name is Sara, and we have been friends since we were in kindergarten. Sara is incredibly kind and always shows compassion towards others. She listens to me without judgment and is always there for me when I need someone to talk to. We share many laughs together, and her sense of humor brightens my day. 1. What was the General Service Enlistment Act? According to traditional belief, it was considered a taboo for a Brahmin to cross the seas. The British Parliament passed the General Service Enlistment Act in 1856. As per this Act, Indian soldiers could be sent overseas on duty.
